General

  • I have the right to decline a commission for any reason. especially against my term of services.

  • I am allow to use the artwork as examples or upload to social medias, unless stated otherwise.

  • Do not sell my art for NFTs.

  • My art is not allowed to be use or put into AI programs/websites.

  • Turnaround Time: 1 week-2 months, depending on complexity of the commission!

References & Changes

  • A digital unshaded, no big watermark, and no low quality reference of the character is required!

  • Complicated designs will cost extra. $5-$20+ additional fee

  • Few small changes to the artwork after the sketching phase is free of charge.

  • Big changes after the sketching phase may have a fee attached. Any error on my part is free of charge.

  • Any other changes such as, full color change, accessory change, background change or redraw will come with an extra charge, depending on the change.

Other

  • Commissioners may use their art for personal, non-commerical use like avatars or profile pictures!

  • Commissioners will receive their artwork as a high quality file with a transparent and abstract background. (sent via Discord, Google Drive or Email.)

  • Do not remove my signature from the artwork.

  • Commissioners may upload the artwork on various websites (Toyhouse, Artfight, etc) as long as credit is given!

Payment

  • All prices are in USD, through PayPal, CashApp or Venmo!

  • All commissions must be 100% paid before starting, Unless over $150+ I will allow a payment plan.

  • Extra Characters will be the same price as the first. (Ex: 1 Fullbody = $40 | 2 Fullbody = $80)

  • If I have not started working on a commission, the commissioner will receive full refund.

  • If a commissioner issues a refund after I started working, they will receive a partial refund (50%).

  • If commission is finished before cancellation was requested, a refund will not be issued!
